Location of set up:
The best place for set up would be a grassy area allowing a 20 foot by 20 foot area for the Bounce Houses, 25 foot by 20 foot area for the Fun House and 30 foot by 20 foot are for Water Slide, with at least a 20-foot overhead clearance. All inflatables are anchored down. We are unable to set up on dirt, gravel, mulch, sand or deck.

Set up and pick up normally takes about 15-30 minutes

All of the inflatables require a power source as the blower runs continuously and requires a dedicated 20 amp circuit.Make sure power is within 100 feet, so keep that in mind when thinking of the placement of the inflatable item. We do supply extension cords.

We will walk you around and give you a tour of the unit and discuss any questions or concerns you might have.

Parks:
With advance notice we can check out the Park of your choice to determine their requirements as needed for parties. Most parks will require proof of license and insurance from us and may have an additional operating fee for inflatables.

You may also need to rent a generator to power the unit. We can rent one to you or you may bring your own.

Responsibility and Liability Waiver:
You will be asked to sign a liability and responsibility waiver prior to us setting up the unit (s).

Reservations/Deposit & Payment:
Reserve your inflatable(s) via phone 1-561-703-0236 or email: mjd418@yahoo.com. Rental fee includes delivery, set-up and pickup. We accept cash, checks or credit cards. There is a $30 fee for returned check.

Depending upon the party time, we will select delivery times and pick up times. We normally deliver between 8-10 a.m. and pick up at dusk. We can make exceptions on delivery and pickup when needed. A few days before the party we will call you to confirm.

Rain/Wind Policy:
We do reserve the right to cancel in bad weather before an event.We all know in South Florida the weather can change at any time. If the weather is questionable, we will call you before or on the day of the event to give you an option to cancel or reschedule for another day. If you decide to have the inflatable installed and it begins to rain, there is no refund at that time. Unfortunately for your safety, we cannot operate our inflatables in high wind, or if heavy rain, lightning is present. The morning of your event, if the forecast calls for any type of extreme conditions, we will call you and discuss other alternatives. There are no cancellation fees due to questionable or bad weather once the unit has been set up. For all other cancellations we ask that you contact us at 1-561-703-0236 before 8:30 am to avoid a $30.00 cancellation fee.

Weight Limits:
This really depends on the size of the children. Remember adult supervision is important in determining age and size and safety of groups.

As a guideline:
Ages 3 to 8………….8 to 10 children
Ages 9 to 12……….6 to 7 children
Ages 13 to 16……..4 to 6 children
Adults are welcome to join the fun as well!

Miscellaneous Rules
No shoes allowed while jumping in the units although socks are suggested to avoid slipping and/or heat.
No sharp objects, chewing gum, silly string or food of any kind is permitted inside the units.
No rough play or flipping is permitted.
Persons with neck or back injuries, or pregnant women are not permitted to jump for risk of injury.

Do not deflate the unit with anyone inside. In case of malfunction, exit the unit immediately and call us for advice or technical assistance.

Cleanliness of the Inflatables
Our inflatables cleaned, sanitized and maintenanced after every use.

Construction and Safety
The inflatables are engineered and certified by registered professional engineers to meet all regulatory standards. They are made of fire retardant heavy-duty 18 to 20 oz coated vinyl material, thick nylon thread double stitched through the entire unit. Additional webbing reinforcements used on all pressure points and interior panels. Netting used on all windows to ensure free ventilation and easy supervision of children.
